It always happens at this time of year...mysterious dots of sunlight appear across our garage floor. Eli has always enjoyed running through them and watching them on his feet, legs, body and arms as he runs around like a maniac. If I'm around at the critical time (and armed with the critical equipment), I also enjoying trying to photograph Eli's antics.
This year, in addition to trying to capture the speed of Eli's runs through the dots of light, I switched to a slower shutter speed to see if I could get something a little different...and lo and behold, I came up with these gems of Eli running towards me.
For a slightly different perspective, these side-on shots either show how incredibly fast Eli is at running, or how incredibly slow my shutter speed was...either way, I reckon the effect is pretty cool.
